- 300 ML Coconut water
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Branch of Parsley Leaves
- 1/2 a Lime/Lemon
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 2 Tbsp Black/White Chia
Instructions
- Combine avocado, cucumber, lemon juice and coconut water in a bender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
